Oct 01, 2013 · I have a user that cannot connect to Lync, both the 2010 and 2013 versions have this issue. We've tried repairing and reinstalling both installations, running updates, and I just tried removing and reinstalling the SIgn-In Assistant hoping that was the issue but it didn't change anything.
